Lahuun, Cheese-Maker to the Gods

Personal project I've been doing for fun and to improve. Inspiration actually came from a wheel of parmesan cheese that I saw. The design kind of started from the gaint parmesan knife, trying to incorporate it into a fantasy design. Since the character was going to be working with parmesan cheese, I tried to establish a catholic inspired universe and incorporate that into the design through symbolism.
I'm not sure how I want to render the character, and I am generally unhappy with my rendering style, so right now I just have some values.

Lahuun is the master cheese-maker in his cheese factory and his products are favoured by the Gods of his world, granting him and his workers protection from the gods. His factory is a place where people put aside their differences, out of respect for the workers and the gods, and enjoy some cheese.
